Find a Padel Injury Specialist in the UAE
We are building the only evidence-first directory of padel injury specialists across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates — every entry screened against 6 non-negotiable criteria before it appears here.
Reviewed by The PadelRevive Team
In short: verified padel injury specialists in the UAE are actively being screened — the directory opens once each clinician passes all six of our evidence-based criteria.
The 6 Criteria Every Specialist Must Meet
Before any clinic or clinician appears on this page, they pass all six of the following checks. Partial passes are not accepted. This is why the list takes time to build.
Named Clinician
Every listed practice must name at least one identifiable, licensed clinician. Anonymous clinic entries do not pass screening.
Verified Qualifications
We cross-reference stated qualifications against UAE Health Authority or DHA licensing records where publicly accessible.
Racket Sport Relevance
The clinician or practice must demonstrate direct experience with racket sport injuries — padel, squash, or tennis injury case history counts.
Real Address and Contact
A verifiable physical address, working phone number, or bookable online presence is required. No virtual-only or unverifiable entries.
Evidence-Based Approach
Treatment protocols must align with current sports medicine evidence. Practices relying solely on unvalidated therapies are excluded.
Active Practice
Listings are checked for signs of active operation. Permanently closed or indefinitely suspended clinics are removed immediately.
Screening Currently in Progress for UAE
We are actively working through our 6-criteria vetting process for clinics and clinicians across the UAE. This takes time because we do not publish any listing until it has fully passed every check.
We will not invent clinic names, fabricate contact details, or publish unverified entries simply to populate this page faster. The padel injury specialist landscape in the UAE is growing rapidly — our aim is to reflect that accurately.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there qualified padel injury specialists in Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
The UAE has a growing sports medicine infrastructure, particularly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where international-standard hospitals and physiotherapy clinics operate. However, padel-specific injury expertise is a narrow sub-speciality. Most clinicians who treat padel injuries are sports medicine doctors or musculoskeletal physiotherapists with racket sport experience. PadelRevive is currently verifying which practices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and across the UAE meet all six of our criteria before publishing any listings.
What types of injury are most common in UAE padel players?
Based on published sports medicine literature and patterns seen in warm-climate racket sport populations, the most common padel injuries include lateral epicondylalgia (tennis elbow) from paddle vibration, shoulder impingement and rotator cuff strain from overhead smashes, ankle sprains from the enclosed glass court surface, knee tendinopathy particularly patellar tendinopathy from repeated loading, and lower back pain from rotational loading. UAE players who train year-round on hard surfaces may also experience higher rates of lower limb overuse injuries.
How does PadelRevive screen UAE clinics before listing them?
Every clinic or clinician must pass six criteria: a named, identifiable clinician; verified qualifications cross-checked against UAE Health Authority or DHA licensing records; demonstrated racket sport or padel injury experience; a verifiable physical address and working contact; evidence-based treatment protocols; and confirmed active operation. Partial passes are not accepted. We do not charge for listings and there is no commercial relationship between PadelRevive and any listed practice.
What should I do if I cannot find a padel specialist in my UAE city yet?
First, use our injury hub to understand your injury and its typical management pathway — this prepares you for any clinical consultation. Second, look for sports medicine doctors or physiotherapists who list racket sports or tennis in their case experience, as padel injury patterns are closely related. Third, submit a city coverage request using our form above — player demand directly influences where we focus research next. In the meantime, our recovery and prevention hubs contain evidence-based self-management guidance that can help while you wait for specialist access.
