In short: padel injury specialists in Sweden are currently being screened — this directory will list verified clinics as they pass our 6-criteria review, with no paid or invented entries.

Our 6-Criteria Vetting Process

Every clinic that appears in this directory must pass all six of the following criteria. A single failure means exclusion — no exceptions and no paid placement route.

1
Named Clinician

Every listed clinic must identify at least one named practitioner who is publicly accountable. Anonymous group practices do not pass this criterion.

2
Verified Qualifications

The lead clinician must hold a verifiable licence or registration with a recognised Swedish health authority such as Socialstyrelsen or equivalent sports-medicine board.

3
Racket Sport Relevance

Padel injuries have specific biomechanical patterns. We require documented experience with racket sports, overhead loading, or lateral movement injuries.

4
Real Address and Contact

The clinic must have a verifiable physical address in Sweden and a working public contact method. Virtual-only providers are excluded.

5
Evidence-Based Approach

Treatment protocols must reflect current sports-medicine evidence. Clinics relying solely on unvalidated or pseudoscientific modalities do not qualify.

6
Active Practice

The clinic must be currently accepting new patients. We re-verify listings every six months to ensure no stale entries remain in the directory.

Help Us Build the Directory

Know a clinic that meets our 6 criteria? Need us to prioritise a city? Use the panels below. We review every submission manually.

+ Submit a Clinic for Screening

We do not publish clinics automatically. All submissions are reviewed against our 6-criteria checklist before listing.

+ Request Priority Review for a City

Cities with the most requests move to the top of our screening queue.

You know the feeling — you need the right specialist and the list is empty. Most players don’t realise how new padel injury expertise really is. What actually works is knowing which criteria matter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there padel injury specialists in Sweden right now?

Sports medicine and physiotherapy clinics that treat racket sport injuries do exist across Sweden, particularly in padel-dense regions like Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmo. However, a formally verified list specific to padel injuries did not exist before PadelRevive began this screening project. We are working through our 6-criteria checklist now and will publish confirmed entries as they pass review.

What makes a padel injury different from a general sports injury?

Padel combines the lateral movement demands of tennis with the enclosed-court dynamics of squash. This creates a distinct pattern of shoulder impingement, elbow overuse, and ankle instability injuries. A specialist with racket sport experience will understand loading patterns specific to the padel swing, the glass wall proximity, and the rapid direction changes — all of which general sports physios may not have encountered.

How long will it take before clinics appear in this directory?

We aim to publish the first verified entries within the coming months. The timeline depends on how quickly clinics respond to our outreach and how many pass all six criteria on first review. Cities with the most community requests move to the front of the screening queue — you can use the form above to request a city.

Can a clinic pay to appear in this directory?

No. Paid listings are explicitly excluded from PadelRevive’s directory policy. The only route onto this page is passing all 6 criteria in our independent review. We believe paid directories create a conflict of interest that harms players who are trying to find genuine expert care.
